A NEW DAY

A New Day
So, we are finally here. Here to look where our new life will start, where my new life will begin.

We landed in Bangalore at night, and as expected it was raining. There were a few things that hit me hard once we landed. South India typically has their own local language. I lived in the NCR region for like 3 and a half years, before which i was again living in South India, in Hyderabad. So at the airport, we booked a taxi and we left. To reach anywhere in Bangalore from the airport, it takes minimum of 1 to one and a half hours. So the driver, got a call and started speaking. Normally in Delhi you could understand what they were talking about, even if not, you would have a fair idea about it. Here, well, i had absolutely no idea what he was talking about.

Even very small things that you see everyday but don't really acknowledge, were different and it once again blew me off guard. For instance, the number plates of vehicles, in Delhi you could see various of those, like HR, DL, UP etc. in Bangalore there were only KA. Bangalore was once considered to be a hill station, well it is very well-known for its weather however, the roads and traffic, well, its not the best. I do miss Gurgaon in terms of my old life and roads and traffic but I am glad that we are shifting because we will now breathe in pollution free air and the weather will be good. That is all I am looking forward to here.
